I chose to see Dr. Kelly for a second opinion on my injury. Not only did meet with me after a one day notice,  he spent an hour explaining in detail what needed to be done and how he would do it. I felt so comfortable that I agreed to surgery with him on the spot. Post-surgery has been exactly what he said it would be like. I am on week five post-op and my shoulder is feeling fantastic. Not only is he a five-star doctor, but his team is too. They are awesome people all the way around. Thank you Dr. Kelly. I’m looking forward to my rehabilitation starting next week.

Dr. Moeller is an expert on elbows. She did a thorough exam and recommended a test on my nerves first. After the tests, she recommended the surgery and explained the process in detail. The surgery went extremely well, and her team called the following day to ensure I was doing well. I had two follow up visits and after 8 weeks my arm and fingers have no nerve issues or numbness. One year ago Dr. Frank Norberg reconstructed my right shoulder due to a massive rotator cuff tear. He modified my superior capsular reconstruct with autologous biceps tendon. He said my only other option was a complete shoulder replacement. After one day of post-surgery pain I began to heal.

Dr. Norberg, his assistant Kayla Brown, PA-C and the rest of the TCO staff assisted me every step of the way. Once I started physical therapy, I continued to heal and gain strength. I attribute the quick healing process in my shoulder to Dr. Norberg’s superior work. I was able to return to work full time as a Police Officer without restrictions in just 4 months.

My right shoulder is nearly 100% and often feels and operates stronger than my left one. I cannot thank Dr. Norberg enough for his highly skilled expertise, knowledge of his occupation, and overall care in the surgery he provided me with. His professionalism is second to none and highly recommend he and his staff for any operation in his field the reader maybe considering.

Dr. Gerlach took the time before my surgery to explain the procedure and answered all my questions about before, during and after surgery. I did everything he told me to do and today I have no more numbness, pain, or scars. He made the whole thing so much easier than I had anticipated. He is amazing!

I can’t believe how great this surgery performed by Dr. Dieterle was! If I need my other shoulder replaced, I would do it in a heartbeat. My shoulder is as good as new! After surgery I had NO pain either!
