Twin Cities Pediatric Orthopedic Specialists

Our pediatric orthopedic surgeons are experts in treating disorders of growth and development of the skeleton, muscles, and joints in children.  With their knowledge and understanding of normal growth and development, our surgeons are able to differentiate abnormal patterns or growth from normal variations and effectively interpret, diagnose, and treat skeletal abnormalities in children and adolescents.

Our pediatric orthopedists take care of many congenital and developmental problems of the young skeleton such as clubfeet and dislocated hips as well as acute and chronic injuries to bones, joints, and muscles.  Common problems such as flat-feet, knock-knees, bow-legs and in-toeing gait can often be part of the developmental spectrum, but an orthopedic evaluation and parental reassurance as to the normalcy of the condition is provided by our specialists. Treatment is started if the problem can be improved through special shoes, braces or surgery.
