Twin Cities Orthopedics announces the addition of an orthopedic surgeon to our medical staff, Jeffrey J. Mair, D.O. Dr. Mair completed Medical School at the Des Moines University Osteopathic Medical Center. He completed his Osteopathic Internship and Orthopedic Surgery Residency at Michigan State University's Genesys Regional Medical Center and his Fellowship in Sports Medicine at the TRIA Orthopaedic Center in Minneapolis. Specialty and special interests include: arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder and knee, reconstructive total joint surgery, fracture care, sports medicine, and general orthopedic surgery.
Dr. Mair is board-eligible with the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery and is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics (AOAO), the American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine (AOSSM), and the National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA). He practices in our Waconia clinic (501 South Maple St., (952) 442-2163), as well as at the Meeker County Memorial Hospital in Litchfield (612 S. Sibley (320) 693-4519) and the Glencoe Regional Health Center (1805 Hennepin Ave. N, (320) 864-7750).
