Twin Cities Orthopedics is the latest of several groups to offer urgent care for orthopedics.

Twin Cities Orthopedics, the state's biggest orthopedics practice, just opened a new facility in Edina that offers same-day appointments, and starting next month, urgent care in the evenings and weekends. The new center is across the street from Fairview Southdale Hospital's emergency room and less than two miles away from TRIA Orthopaedic Center in Bloomington, which pioneered an urgent care for orthopedics a few years ago.
