July 1, 2020 UPDATE: The Minnesota Nurses Union and the hospitals where they work have come to a contractual agreement. There will be no strike.
June 1, 2010 (St. Louis Park, Minn.) - The Minnesota Nurses Association (MNA) has notified several hospitals where we perform surgery that a strike could take place beginning Thursday, June 10 at 7 a.m. and last 24 hours. Twin Cities Orthopedics would like to assure our patients that they should continue to seek medical care as they normally would. Scheduled appointments and surgeries will continue as scheduled. We are taking all necessary steps to ensure our patients will continue to receive the highest level of orthopedic care available.
