Practice Overview
Dr. O’Neill specializes in minimally invasive surgery, hip and knee replacements, arthroscopy, ACL and rotator cuff surgery as well as cartilage transplantation. Dr. O'Neill joined TCO in 1996 and has published and presented nationally on shoulder and knee disorders.
Education
Dr. O'Neill graduated from the University of St. Thomas and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine with a shoulder and knee sports fellowship at Johns Hopkins University.
