Practice Overview
Cherly Tibesar, LPT, has practiced physical therapy at a variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine and long term care. She provides manual therapy and a combination of therapeutic exercises, patient education and home exercise programs to restore function and help patients return to sports, jobs and activities. She treats post-operative and non-operative joint injuries, neck and back pain, total joint replacements and sprains, strains and muscle imbalances at the shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, ankle and foot. Cheryl is certified in MedX Rehabilitation for both lumbar and cervical spine. She has worked in multiple settings over 35 years and enjoys working with patients of all ages and levels of function. She especially enjoys analyzing shoulder and gait dysfunction while trying to put some fun into the rehab process.
Education
Cherly completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Minnesota, Mankato and received her Physical Therapy Certificate and the Mayo Foundation School of Physical Therapy.
