Anthony Brown, MD specializes in the anatomic region of the hip and pelvis. He is one of a few orthopedic surgeons in the Midwest treating the full spectrum of orthopedic hip and pelvis problems including:
- Complex fractures of the pelvis and acetabulum (hip socket).
- Arthritis of the hip: hip replacement and resurfacing via the muscle sparing anterior approach for hip replacement.
- Hip dysplasia in the young adult and adolescent with joint preserving periacetabular Osteotomy.
- Hip impingement in the young adult.

Dr. Brown is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Medical School and completed his orthopedic residency at the University of California, Davis.
In addition, he also completed a fellowship with Joel Matta, MD at St. John's Health Center's Hip and Pelvis Institute in Santa Monica, California.
Dr. Brown is also a member of the Surgical Implant Generation Network, a nonprofit organization that is improving the care of injured patients in the Developing World. |
