Dr. Pittman is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics medical school in Madison, Wisconsin and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Utah School of Medicine. He also completed an Adult Reconstruction Fellowship with OrthoCarolina. |
