Med-X is rehabilitative equipment specifically designed to precisely target, strengthen, and stabilize muscles of the low back and neck.

The machines allow Physical Therapists to isolate low back and neck muscles, so other large muscle groups (e.g., hamstrings, thigh muscles, upper back and shoulder muscles) cannot compensate when training. This allows for a larger and more specific gain in strength and range of motion.

Med-X research shows the majority of patients with chronic pain are not conditioned, due to lack of use. This can lead to a pain cycle that is difficult to control.

The 12 week (two times per week) program is designed to actively strengthen specific neck and back muscles, resulting in reduced pain and returning to the patient to normal activities.
